Tonya J. Gisselberg is a skilled, experienced attorney and a native of Washington State.
Tonya’s major practice areas are privacy law, cybersecurity and copyright law. Typical activities include counseling clients on the content of privacy plans, notices and policies, counseling clients on complying with local, state, federal and European Union privacy laws and regulations, and providing insight on best practices regarding data privacy and security.

Tonya graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. degree in Business Administration. Her J.D. degree is from Seattle University. She received an LL.M. from the Intellectual Property Law and Policy Graduate Program at the University of Washington, earning an Outstanding Student Award for her energy, focus and consistency throughout the school year. She continues to bring that energy, focus and consistency to bear on clients’ legal problems. She is licensed to practice law in Washington State.
